Carports, Pavilions, and Lean to existing buildings

Carports are one of the most efficient ways to keep your automobiles,  RV's and other items safe from the strong south Texas sun, and if constructed correctly it can keep your car safe from hail storms and severe weather. Our recommended heavy duty carports use structural heavy duty wide flange beams (no light duty receiver channel), and our posts are set no further than 20' apart. We do offer light duty carport construction that use cold form roof frame as an affordable option. For freespan carports (more than 20' apart between support posts) we use wide flange beam columns, as they are design to take the carport freespan load. They are set in concrete 5 Ft. deep max, or on concrete footers and welded to Nielsen weld plates that we can also set. We use 26 gauge PBR panel and trim components for a professional and beautiful finish. Our lean too existing buildings are constructed differently, we weld the beams directly to the existing beam of the structure (we don't just weld a metal plate to the existing beam of the building, and weld the new lean too beam to that plate). Our posts for lean too are set in concrete 5 Ft. deep max, or on concrete footers that we can also set. We use 26 gauge PBR panel  and trim components for a quality finish.
